The Larry 3000, Buck Tuddrussel and Otto Osworth from the short-lived Cartoon Cartoon 'Time Squad'.
I hear that not many people were particulary fond of this show, but personally I see nothing wrong with it. Its certainly a hell of a lot better than a lot of cartoons that make it onto the air these days. And Tuddrussel is a pretty funny character~
I thuoght that show was pretty funny (what I saw of it anyway)

You MUST be god! There's no other explanation!
People hated this? I've yet to meet said people . I thought this show rocked! And it's back on CN UK! w00t!
Amazing job as usual! Especially with Larry! How do you always know what to draw to get my attention?
Keep it up man!
I liked that show. I can't stand it that when I like a show, and other people don't like it, it gets canceled. I can't even describe to you how badly I hate that crap.
Why am I not surprised you managed to adapt to yet another style and perfect to it? Great work with the trio. I personally loved that show,it was original and rather funny. (An instance that will forever stay in my mind is when, upon realizing that everyone at the time period they zapped to is in the nude, Otto yells "OH MY GOSH! EVERBODY'S NAKED! " An obvious observation, but it made me laugh anyway. )

I always liked pretending Larry was The Joker from Batman and Otto was Bobby Hill.
